" Our house was (really!) a unique house and we had to fire our first agent for non-performance. Wanis found us in the lull after pulling the first , and persuaded us that he was the right person to get the house sold, and he was. Wanis is an excellent negotiator; we had some issues  with the buyer and Wanis negotiated a more reasonable price than the initial offer, and smoothed over some other issues with the buyer and the buyer's agent to our satisfaction. Wanis was very responsive when we had questions or issues - he's a great communicator - text, voice, and email. Wanis understood the sales process at every turn (and there were some twists along with the turns) and was able to explain them to us. On one occasion there was an issue that he didn't have personal experience with, and he reached out to others in his agency and got it explained to our satisfaction. Lastly... "Our family had worked with Wanis since Feb. this year. I contacted several buyer online since we were planning to to WA from GA due to job change. Wanis called me immediately and gave some very detailed recommendations about the area we were interested in. We were working with another  agent at the beginning. Because of some scheduling conflicts, we turned to Wanis and he was very nice and agreed to serve as our buyer agent right before we travelled to WA for a house hunting.
